You will be part of an accomplished team of APC Consultants and Sr. Engineers with 20+ years of experience implementing APC projects. You'll work out of our Houston, Texas location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our client's operations by implementing advanced control strategies and optimizing process performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop innovative solutions to enhance our clients' manufacturing processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of APC systems
· Develop and optimize control strategies to improve process performance
· Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to customers
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement
· Assist in the development of innovative solutions to enhance manufacturing processes
YOU MUST HAVE
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Chemical Engineering or related field
· Strong knowledge of process control systems and strategies
· Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience configuring, tuning & maintaining regulatory control strategies in Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
· Minimum of 2 years implementing Advanced Process Control (APC) solutions
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
