In this role, you will:
- Support Investment Strategists and Fiduciary Specialists in the development and delivery of advice, client acquisitions, and relationship management
- Provide ongoing service in alignment with the needs of clients by preparing client presentations and investment reviews
- Coordinate investment trades, distributions, compliance documentation and maintain files within policies and guidelines
- Research and resolve moderately complex Investment and Fiduciary account issues and deliver extraordinary client experience
- Identify and escalate client retention issues
- Interpret and apply trust document language to specific situations
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal and external customers
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative or sales support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in managing Trust, IRA, Risk Management, Custody or doing complex research.
Job Expectations:
- The Manila Team will support Trust Services by completing Administrative Account Reviews on Custody, Agency, Individual Retirement Account (IRA), Revocable Trust and Charitable Agency Accounts. The AAR Process does not involve customer interaction.
- A person in this role will be expected to understand fiduciary concepts and principles and apply those concepts and principles to complete account reviews at a targeted level of accuracy and timeliness. Completing acccunt reviews will include: conducting research using account documents as well as other applications, drawing conclusions from the research findings, and capturing conclusions in the AAR system. Any errorsor irregularitiesare noted through the creation of an Open Item.
- The AAR system. provides the guidance for the research using a series of questions, based on the account type. In addition, the person will compile a document package from the research to support the conclusions and responses in the AAR system. Continuous learning will be required via a variety of methodologies including formalized courses and on-the-job
training. - The successful hire must be amenable to observe a night shift schedule and work on an onsite set-up (Five NEO, Taguig).
