- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience with quantum computing hardware.
Preferred qualifications:
- PhD in a technology field with relevance to quantum computing (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering).
- Experience with quantum experiments (e.g., execution and publications).
- Knowledge of superconducting quantum computers.
- Exceptional leadership skills, energy, and teaming capability; ability to lead and motivate, share direction, inspire and rally colleagues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
