WHAT YOU´LL DO
Your main tasks will be:
Deal Support and Approval:
- Collaboration: Provide guidance on deal structuring and approval requirements, ensuring deals which are within scope are approved in proper manner and timelines according to SAP policies and guidelines.
- Reviewing deals: Ensuring completeness and accuracy of quotations submitted by Sales colleagues.
- Facilitate Deal Approval: Ensure all necessary internal stakeholders are engaged and informed.
- Act as a primary point of contact for Sales Team, answer queries from internal customers and build long-term business relationships.
- Accommodate quarter-end and year-end deadlines and respond to spikes in workload.
- Supporting projects aiming process improvements, automation, standardization and efficiency increase.
Contract Drafting:
- Draft Contracts: Draft and review commercial contracts, ensuring that terms are consistent with what was approved during the deal structuring and approval process.
- Incorporate commercial clauses and other relevant provisions into contracts, ensuring clarity and alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with legal teams as needed to ensure all legal aspects of contracts are addressed and mitigated.
