Inclusive Procurement Analyst
Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote
You will report into a nominated Team Leader and be responsible for supporting them in the delivery of ESGS projects and activities across the function.
Your key responsibilities
- Support activities related to the end-to-end delivery of ESGS projects, activities and events for EY business stakeholders.
- Support ESGS networks (Inclusion in SCS and ESG Networks) and team calls with scheduling, creating content, and facilitating meetings.
- Support data analysis and reporting of Tier 2 spend for EY, to our clients and from our suppliers.
- Support ESGS leaders build and manage a pipeline of Supply Chain Services projects in support of growth plan and strategy.
- Support Request for Proposals (RFPs) review of requirements while partnering with ESGS leaders.
- Support internal processes for sponsorship and invoice payment, including: all Independence and Risk reviews and procedures, as well as consulting with internal stakeholders.

Skills and attributes for success
- 5+ years indirect procurement experience at multi-national company, specifically Environmental Social Governance and/or Supplier Diversity will be highly preferred.
- Knowledge of supplier diversity principles, practices, and goals with familiarity of procurement and sourcing processes to integrate diverse suppliers effectively.
- Data analysis capability, which will be used for category spend analysis.
- Be familiar with Source-to-Pay processes, ideally with some understanding for tender document composition and familiar with e-sourcing systems (SAP Ariba or similar).
- Project management skills, ability to support regional projects and activities as required and work with stakeholders to ensure project completion.

Ideally, you’ll also have
- A Bachelor or follow-on degree in related discipline is recommended.
- CPM (US), CIPS (UK) or similar Procurement certification is preferred
- Proficient at Excel, Word and PowerPoint presentation creation.
- Good organizational skills, proficient communication and presentation skills.
- Project management experience.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to present to stakeholders.
