Description
The Wireless Technologies and Ecosystems team is looking for a highly motivated Cellular modem SW engineer to support and lead our baseline software used to develop our next generation of cellular products. You will work with various cross-functional teams to review software metrics, tests, and issues and help drive the resolution of end-to-end quality that is met for downstream usage.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven development or test experience for wireless communications silicon using C/C++ as well as embedded development for wireless technologies
  • Experienced in OTA Call Flow Analysis and log analysis for Cellular 4G and 5G Radio Access Technologies
  • Knowledge of Test Equipment / Network Simulators (4G/5G)

  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and comfortable working with cross-functional teams in multiple locations in different timezones
  • Strong debugging and triaging capabilities
  • Ability to identify and problem-solve complex issues
  • Obsessively passionate and inquisitive
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education & Experience
Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Electrical and Computer Engineering
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $166,600 and $296,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
