Professional administrative & operational support to the Head of TAPI Operations (calendar, meeting logistics, traveling, SAP, Ariba, expense reports, etc.)
Monitoring status and timely execution of tasks
Assist with the creation of slide decks and communication materials.
General administrative support to the TAPI Operations Leadership Team & managing Travelling expenses, reports & logistics.
Assist with the organization of face-to-face meetings and team building Events.
Coordination of team meetings, preparing meeting minutes following up on action item execution.
SAP procurement activities – requisitions, POs and payments/budget control
Ad-Hoc support as required.
Your experience and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
At least 10 years of experience in administrative support role for senior executives
Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and work with changing priorities.
Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook)
Must be able to maintain highest level of confidentiality, integrity and discretion.
Excellent communication (written, verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Excellent English and Hebrew (written and verbal)
Detail oriented, multicultural.
Ability to work as part of a global team.
The role is based at Teva's Global Headquarters in Tel-Aviv.
