As a Program Specialist IIhere at Honeywell, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinatingvarious programs within the Building Automation (BA) business unit in Korea.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful executionof programs and projects. Your role will involve tracking project milestones,managing budgets, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Additionally,you will contribute to process improvement initiatives and help driveoperational efficiency within the organization. You will report directly to ourProgram Manager and you'll work out of our Korea location on a hybrid workschedule. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significantimpact on the success of our programs and contribute to the growth of the BAbusiness unit in Korea.

• Support the coordinationand execution of programs and projects within the BA business unit in Korea.
• Track project milestones,budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Collaborate withcross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify areas forimprovement, and implement process enhancements.
• Provide regular updates andreports to stakeholders on program status, risks, and opportunities.
• Assist in the developmentand implementation of program management best practices and standard operatingprocedures.

• Bachelor's degree inEngineering, or a related field.
• 5+years of experience in program management or project coordination.
• Strong organizational andmultitasking skills.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite. WE VALUE
