The opportunity

  • Holistic management of the talent attraction and acquisition lifecycle
  • Includes the development of organisational strategies and talent pipelines to build the organisational profile, identify talent, and support the successful fulfillment of strategic workforce plan
  • Also designs and delivers recruitment and employment programs in line with organisational talent strategy and capability requirements
  • Leverages emerging technologies to promote a positive, integrated and seamless candidate experience that attracts and retains key talent
  • Develops and manages recruitment strategies, programs, and talent pipelines to support the successful fulfillment of strategic workforce plan

Your key responsibilities

  • Responsible for contributing to the delivery of one or more processes, solutions and/or projects by delivering agreed activities, applying judgement, and selecting appropriate methodologies to inform recommendations, considerate of success criteria, barriers, risks, and issues.
  • Accountable for meeting own targets which impact the immediate team.
  • Meets performance objectives and metrics set locally (client service, quality and risk management, sales and business growth, solution development and teaming etc.)

Skills and attributes for success

  • 3-5 years of experience, ideally in a similar role or agency with aligned sector expertise
  • Hands on sourcing experience across Professional and Financial services
  • Bachelor or master’s degree or equivalent certification, in Human Resources, Business Management or similar
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised, with exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
  • Team player – willingness to “muck in” and help colleagues
  • Interested in building strong candidate and employee experiences
  • Comfortable using tools like SuccessFactors & LinkedIn Recruiter
  • You are fluent in English (French or German advantageous)
