Ko Tō Rourou | Your key responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional candidates.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment process and onboarding.
- Ensure system data integrity and adherence to policy and processes.
- Maintaining a dialogue with the hiring manager on aspects of the people agenda such as diversity, mobility and location strategy
Skills and attributes for success
- Proven track record in recruitment, either in-house or agency, with a focus on sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Effective communication, negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to build relationships and work as part of a team, be adaptable and skilled at managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced, complex environment.

- Experience managing recruitment within a professional services environment / large corporate across a broad range of roles.
