Automation Test Lead – Manager – FSO Technology Consulting

As our Automation Test Lead, you will join our Financial Services Technology team – based in Sydney and/or Melbourne offices, managing and delivering large-scale projects for our Tier-1 clients, developing test strategies, and overseeing end-to-end testing activities.

• Lead a dynamic team utilising cutting-edge testing tools like Playwright, Cypress, and Selenium

• Strategize and deliver comprehensive end-to-end testing activities, including System Testing, Integration, Regression, and UAT, within collaborative Agile environments.

What we’re looking for

• 5-10 years of experience in Automation Testing/QA.

• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing testing teams.

• Expertise in a range of testing tools and frameworks, including Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, JUnit, JEST, Cucumber/Gherkin, Gatling, Serenity, Intuit Karate, and Java.

• Proficiency in developing test strategies, preparing test plans, and delivering comprehensive testing activities.

• Experience in planning, executing, and monitoring testing activities.

• Familiarity with System Testing, System Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT.

• Ability to thrive in collaborative Agile team environments.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Consulting experience, with the ability to provide strategic insights and solutions would be highly regarded.
