Key job responsibilities
* Design, develop, and implement innovative NLP solutions to address large-scale qualitative and quantitative data needs
* Streamline the development and evaluation process for LLMs with a focus on customer requests (text, speech, etc.)
* Collaborate with engineers, scientists and linguists to ensure models are effective, accurate, and aligned with business goals
* Conduct research and stay current on the latest advancements in NLP and machine learning
* Analyze the interpret NLP model outputs, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
* Document and present findings in a clear and concise manner

- 3+ years of data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python) or statistical/mathematical software (e.g. R, SAS, Matlab, etc.) experience
- 2+ years of data scientist experience
- 3+ years of machine learning/statistical modeling data analysis tools and techniques, and parameters that affect their performance experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience applying theoretical models in an applied environment
