Description
- Diagnose and identify root causes of network issues- Maintain consistency (software, configuration, security) across the global fleet- Schedule and execute change requests- Coordinate work with peers and vendors to deploy and troubleshoot infrastructure- Ensure operational excellence across our infrastructure- Ensure project documentation is updated and shared on a regular basis- Participate in the on-call rotation
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong expertise in the field of Networking
- Experience testing and provisioning of WAN circuits (Metro Ethernet, Dark Fiber, Transit)
- Experience automating workflows using Ansible, Python or other infrastructure-as-code tools
- Experience with standard Linux utilities (grep, sed, awk, sort, traceroute, tcpdump, etc)
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years industry experience in the field of networking
- Understanding of IPv6 and IPv4
- Experience and knowledge of several of the following:
- BGP and Internet Routing Policies
- Cisco IOS-XE, JUNOS, Arista EOS or FortiOS
- Juniper SRX or Fortinet Firewalls
- Cisco Catalyst or Arista EOS switches
- SD-WAN and VPN technologies
- Experience leading training, presenting, mentoring peers
