Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve aerospace key metric models – trending and forecasting models
• Data analysis experience: detailed, data quality/integrity, outcome driven, large data sets, accuracy/benchmarking
• Manage/own ad hoc analysis projects from inception to final report providing data driven and actionable insights to requesting stakeholder(s)
• Provide insight to assigned business segments from industry competitive assessments
• Develop, maintain, and report market assessments for specific customer segments in Aerospace (market research)
• Conduct market evaluations for new segments in Aerospace and adjacencies
• Conduct Voice of the Customer interviews and report outs

YOU MUST HAVE

• 5 years+ experience in Aerospace Industry
• Familiarity with aerospace industry (OEM, operator, infrastructure, service provider, consultancy, etc) – Need intermediate understanding of industry: OEMs, platforms, operators, dynamics, segmentation

WE VALUE

• Bachelor's Degree in analytical discipline (Marketing, Business Management, Math, Engineering)
• Data engineering experience (data science a bonus, but not critical)
• Analytical skills
• Experience in the Business Aviation “ecosystem” (Operators, OEM, MRO, Aircraft Systems, Crew etc...) An understanding of the Business Aviation industry as a whole.
• Prior experience with industry, market, competitive, and business analytics studies
• Project management skills (ability to structure the approach and compile the relevant deliverable)
• Ability to autonomously execute analytical studies which may have nebulous problem statements
• Ability to effectively communicate complex market dynamics, supported with facts, evidence, data, VOC, etc (data visualization, clear/concise communication, derivation of key insights)
• Excellent interpersonal, organization & communication skills
• Excellent business writing, editing, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to work in a global, matrix organization
