- 10 years of work experience including 5 years of experience in leadership/talent development in a consulting/client-facing role.
- Experience influencing and advising executive leaders to achieve talent and business outcomes.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Talent Management, or similar fields.
- Experience solving problems, thriving in ambiguity and change, and achieving impact.
- Experience influencing, coaching, and engaging with senior leaders from functional and technical backgrounds.
- Experience in customized development planning for leaders (e.g., designing impactful strategies, helping coaches through implementation).
- Ability to create internal and external partnerships to support ongoing innovation in talent development strategy.
- Ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action.
