Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Talent Management or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of work experience including 5 years of experience in leadership/talent development in a consulting/client-facing role.
Experience influencing and advising executive leaders to achieve talent and business outcomes.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Talent Management, or similar fields.
Experience solving problems, thriving in ambiguity and change, and achieving impact.
Experience influencing, coaching, and engaging with senior leaders from functional and technical backgrounds.
Experience in customized development planning for leaders (e.g., designing impactful strategies, helping coaches through implementation).
Ability to create internal and external partnerships to support ongoing innovation in talent development strategy.
Ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action.
