- 1 year of experience in people management or leading a team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in a related field.
- Experience with machine learning.
- Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection or transformation, visualization or dashboards, or programming language (e.g., Python).
- Experience in working with engineering and product teams to create tools, solutions, or automation to improve user safety.
- Experience in working with policy teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally at multiple levels.
