You will play a critical role in supporting the front-facing aspects of the Data Loss Prevention program, delivering exceptional support, process optimization, KPI monitoring, ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards and policies and fostering cross-functional collaboration with Lines of Business (LOBs) and senior leadership.
Your ability to communicate effectively, prioritize tasks, and drive solutions will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for DLP solutions, including endpoint, email, and cloud-based tools.
Develop and implement process enhancements to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Identify opportunities for process automation and standardization to reduce manual effort and minimize errors.
Monitor the health of DLP controls, ensuring systems are functioning optimally and in compliance with organizational standards.
Define, track, and report on key performance indicators to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Build strong relationships with LOBs to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and align service delivery with organizational goals.
Present updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership, translating technical information into actionable business strategies.
Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of DLP controls to safeguard sensitive data.
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure alignment with enterprise security policies.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
At least 4 years of experience working in cybersecurity or information technology
At least 4 years of experience with DLP tools and technologies (e.g., endpoint, web proxy, and email solutions).
At least 3 years of experience in service desk or IT operations.
At least 3 years of experience with process optimization or service delivery improvement.
At least 1 year of experience managing relationships with various lines of business.
At least 1 year of experience presenting to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
One or more of the following security related professional certifications: (CISSP, CISA, CASP, or CCSP)
5+ years with ITIL frameworks and Agile delivery models.
