Job responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
- Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
- Assists with the planning and delivery of the strategic product roadmap through collaboration with various stakeholders across different functions (e.g., Product, SMEs, Operations, Technology)
- Manages internal partner expectations with consultative advice regarding technical aspects of solutions
- Manages the project governance process, reporting out and presenting on project status to senior stakeholders.
- Supports the full life cycle of pilot client implementations, including setup and testing, ensuring a successful end-to-end client experience during product implementations of varied complexity
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal skills, with an ability to communicate business and technical concepts to both expert and novice audiences
- Proficient in Agile frameworks and demonstrates experience organizing and defining Epics and Stories in succinct methods that can be easily understood by technology partners
- Familiarity with Data and Analytics and technical tools
- Proficiency in Confluence and JIRA
