Responsibilities:

Ability to analyze and identify trends across the portfolio, KPIs and operational aspects of ICM UW that drives action and change

Build tactical and interim solutions to delivery on short term objectives while supporting long term goals to ensure improvement in performance, portfolio management and regulatory adherence

Monitor KPIs for lending management, portfolio metrics and operational management

Understand the current technology infrastructure and how to best delivery tactical and strategically solutions to the end users and management staff Build reusable solutions with proper controls

Qualifications:

• Advanced Excel skill is a must
• Experience in Python & Tableau
• 5-7 years relevant experience in data analytics.
• Problem solver with the ability to translate plans in actions
• Experience in working with the various risk and control systems and reporting requirements
• Project management skills. Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask and adapt to change.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and detail oriented

• Bachelor’s/Universitydegree or equivalent experience
