Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will participate in all phases of software development from requirements through implementation and test to operations. Our team vision is to automate mission planning and execution to efficiently operate the Kuiper fleet at scale, while maintaining space safety and maximizing service availability for Kuiper satellite Internet customers.- Develop embedded software in C, C++, Rust, or other languages in a real-time operating system environment
- Write system applications for satellite command and file transferExport Control Requirement:

- 7+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 7+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 7+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team

- 7+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
