In this role, you will:
- Providing service to Commercial Real Estate Agency loans
- Responsible for reviewing the loan documents, understanding the borrower requirements on requests for reserve disbursement.
- Thorough understanding of CRE Reserves Disbursement process
- Support new hires and less tenured team members in providing resolutions of inquiries and complaints
- Determine appropriate course of action and conduct investigative steps to fully identify customer issues
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Conduct meaningful interactions with onshore partners and internal stakeholders.
- Perform day to day activities and ensure the SLAs and TAT are met
- Timely escalation of any issues identified.
- Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced individuals
- Take ownership and provide resolution to the complaints and escalations with high priority
- Have thorough understandings of the entire process and bring up process improvement ideas which will streamline the existing process.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Working closely with the immediate managers in resolving issues.
- Identifying potential issues and bring up solutions.
- Work independently on the management reports and metrics within the stipulated timelines.
- 6 plus years of experience in US mortgage and Commercial Real Estate. 3 plus years of experience in Reserves Disbursement and money movement processes.
