Job responsibilities
- Writes, edits, and reviews content for organization, technical accuracy, style, and consistency
- Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making
- Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals
- Review content produced by the development team
- Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches
- Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value .
- Collaborates with engineers and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and determine the appropriate strategy and content of the documents.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 4+ years of relevant work experience and working knowledge in the field of developing and maintaining technical documentation, with experience in writing developer-focused documentation.
- Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle
- Works in an agile development environment.
- Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- knowledge of the Microsoft Style for Technical Publications (MSTP).
- Familiarity with REST APIs, API Blueprint, JSON, MSON, and HTML will be an added advantage.
