We’re looking for an outstanding Project Manager that brings technical proficiency alongside the skills more commonly associated with a PM, and who has a consistent record of leading diverse and complex projects from conception through implementation in the Contact Center as a Service landscape. In this role, you will traverse an array of project/program management skills (ex. Business analytics, process mapping and optimization, business and technical requirement creation, evaluating solutions through testing, and leading others through change to a best-in-class Customer Contact system platform. - Conduct a detailed assessment of the current Genesys Engage environment, including, integrations, and dependencies.- Develop a detailed migration plan, including timelines, resource requirements, risk management, and mitigation strategies.- Lead discussions about the design of the target Contact Center Infrastructure architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with standard methodologies.- Document integration points and ensure compatibility with existing systems and third-party applications.- Partner with Multi-functional teams about migration plan, including data migration, configuration replication, and system setup.- Lead teams through detailed testing and validation of the new environment to ensure all functionalities are working as expected.- Document all processes, configurations, and changes made during the migration.- Work closely with partners to ensure clear communication and alignment on migration objectives.- Provide regular status updates and progress reports to senior management and other relevant parties.- Lead all phases of projects within their portfolio, including: project scope definition, resource forecasting and allocation, as-is and to-be process mapping, business requirement documentation, technical requirement creation, project timeline creation, project documentation, project communications (status, risks, scope changes, etc.), organizational change, user/integration/production testing, project cutover/launches, retrospectives, and closeout. Be the voice of their body of work.- Communicate optimally and clearly to all levels of leadership within the organization, and drive discussions proactively when additional attention and focus is required.- Build tight-knit collaboration with partner teams both inside and outside of the organization, and use these strengths to positively influence the direction of their portfolio.- Participates in an inclusive environment through respecting each others’ differences and having the curiosity to learn.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant professional experience working within a product, project, or program management role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience with Genesys Engage platform or related enterprise CCaaS platforms.
  • Demonstrable experience in migrating to Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) providers.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts, VoIP, SIP, and telecommunication systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and social skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Meticulous with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Masters, or MBA or equivalent experience

  • 7+ years experience working with digital support channels (chatbots, virtual assistants, self service tools, knowledge base articles, etc.)
  • Experience conducting gap analyses across customer journeys to identify problems, drop-offs, and friction
  • Experience with tools like Tableau to measure KPI’s (CSAT, customer effort, self service adoption, abandon rate, etc.)
  • Ability to lead and partner with product, UX/UI, engineering and other cross functional partners to translate journey insights into digital improvements
  • Ability to balance customer experience objectives with cost-efficiency, scalability, and business constraints to drive impactful solutions
  • BA or BS or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in customer experience, digital support, or program management—ideally in a tech or contact center environment.
  • Proven success leading programs that span digital support channels (chat, self-service) or contact center/IVR systems.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered support solutions (e.g., virtual agents, chatbots, predictive routing).
  • Understanding of agile and design thinking methodologies

In this role, you will ensure we meet our legal, regulatory, and third party compliance obligations while safeguarding the systems that millions of our users rely on every day. You will collaborate with engineering leaders at many levels, developers, quality engineers, compliance and security teams across Apple to institute the controls vital for the program. You will partner with application security, platform security, SRE, central security and compliance groups at Apple to implement controls and processes and conduct gap assessments across ASE.You will be responsible for supporting dozens of key, ongoing compliance projects including preparation of regulatory materials, management of documentation, creation of presentations, and coordination of cross-functional activity. You will need to be a SOX subject matter expert with sound technical experience and the ability to comfortably deliver executive briefings on our internal control environment.
  • Experience leading and managing SOX programs at scale, preferably in Big 4 or large enterprise environments
  • 7+ years assessing multiple projects, product and infrastructure security risks and recommending mitigating controls
  • 7+ years of security compliance framework experience
  • Expertise with security standards such as SOX, PCI-DSS, ISO27K, SOC 1/2 or NIST (some combination of these is ideal)
  • Technical acumen required. Understanding of one or more of the following technologies/focus areas are ideal - cloud, open sourced distributed systems, security
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Current CPA. CISA, CISSP, CISM, CIPT or other related certifications
  • Experience with standards research and contributing to policy reform
  • Experience with light scripting preferred
