Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required
- At least 8 years of experience in software development, with experience managing managers and leading engineering teams, ideally with a focus on framework design and user-interaction paradigms
- Proven track record as a user experience-obsessed product owner, with a passion for delivering intuitive, user experiences that delight users.
- Proven success collaborating with cross-functional partners, especially design teams, to ensure that product development is aligned with both technical feasibility and design excellence.
- Proven ability to drive inclusive team culture, ensuring diversity of thought, background, and experience, with a commitment to building accessible software for all users.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide teams through complex technical challenges and make decisions with a broad Apple-wide perspective.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on AR/VR platforms
- Experience with other UI frameworks (React, Flutter, Xamarin, etc)
- Familiarity with 3D modeling and development environments
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $219,300 and $378,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
