Key job responsibilities
We are looking for an individual that thrives by creating high-bar engineering culture. You’ll be chartered with building software that deliver critical capabilities to our AWS field users enabling experience, pricing, revenue, and embed operational knowledge and encode best practices into everything we do.
As part of the broader AWS Sales and Marketing organization, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the broader cloud strategy for AWS and potentially future AWS products.
In addition the person will be working on the latest Salesforce CRM technologies, with AWS Services to innovate in the space of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). You’ll be chartered with building applications that deliver critical capabilities to the field .

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science and or associated disciplines
- 3+ years of engineering team management experience
- 7+ years of working directly within engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience

- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers
