Your key responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain implementation projects, delivering projects on time and to high-quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for project-related communication and coordination.
- Interpret and map functional and client requirements against leading Oracle Fusion Supply Chain processes including Maintenance.
- Design module-specific and end-to-end solutions within integrated Finance, Supply Chain and maintenance applications. Support existing Oracle Supply Chain modules, including Maintenance, Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to gather functional and non-functional requirements. Collaborate with functional and technical consultants to design and document the overall solution design.
- Oversee quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle, including testing and go-live support. Communicate project changes effectively to stakeholders.
- As needed develop and implement project plans, including scope, resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Lead and mentor junior project team-members, including functional and technical consultants.
- Manage internal KPIs.
To qualify for the role you must have:
- Experience with Oracle ERP Supply Chain modules (Maintenance, Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing), preferably in Fusion.
- At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Fusion.
- Involvement in at least three full life cycle implementations, including one in the Fusion Maintenance Application.
- Client-facing delivery experience with knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and others is a plus.
- Preferred experience in asset intensive industry sectors.

Education:
- A degree in engineering, technology, business or a related field (MBA or MS degree preferred).
- Certifications in Oracle Fusion Applications are a plus.

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $110,000to $165,500for Manager and $72,000 to $132,000 for Senior. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
