We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as

Responsibilities:

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
• Coordinate with Thai regulator and ITMX for technical requirement.
• Coordinate with regional team for application development and new system implementation.
• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects and foster communication between business leaders and IT
• Support system change processes from requirements through implementation and provide input based on analysis of information.
• Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications and provides user and operational support.
• Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• At least 4 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge in software development and database
• Able to communicate in Thai language both read and write.
• Able to communicate in English language both read and write.
• Experience in re-engineering, data analysis and project management support
• Knowledge of business systems and industry standards
• Demonstrated data analysis and intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Proven interpersonal skills to develop working relationships
• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and approach work methodically with attention to detail
• Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience in software development related field.
