Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience with manufacturing, supply chain management or fulfillment planning and execution in a new product introduction (NPI) role.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience as design lead, business analysis, business process architecture, or solutions architecture roles in supply chain, or logistics system areas.
- 8 years of experience driving team execution, delivering technical projects, and aligning team goals with business objectives.
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- 5 years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including implementation, optimization, and integration with supply chain operations.
