The Finance, Administration, Cybersecurity, & Tax (FACT) Vertical team is seeking a highly qualified individual with direct experience in helping unemployment, workforce, paid family leave, and workers compensation programs achieve their digital transformation goals. In this role, you will help state and local labor and workforce agencies build next generation systems and solutions. You will identify opportunities to introduce the AWS cloud to transform how services are provided, improve reliability and security, and accelerate innovation.You will lead short- and long-term strategy, initiatives, and implementation efforts and work directly with labor and workforce authorities, including Commissioners, Directors, CIOs, and CISOs, as well as technology partners. You will dive deep into business challenges, propose solutions, and facilitate technical discussions in a fast-paced, demanding environment. A successful candidate demonstrates an ability to earn trust, take ownership, and deliver results.• Serve as a highly knowledgeable and credible expert in labor and workforce administration with ability and passion to discuss modernizing systems to improve administration and transform the citizen experience.• Identify business trends and industry challenges to develop vertical strategy and transformational solutions to help customers accelerate cloud adoption.• Drive C-Suite level discussions around unemployment and workforce development business and technology issues to identify and advance sales opportunities.• Work with internal teams and partners to build solutions, programs, and frameworks that help labor and workforce agencies modernize and digitally transform their systems.• Develop compelling, audience-specific messaging and tools (demos, customer success stories, whitepapers, blogs, and presentations) in alignment with business goals.• Keep executive leadership informed on progress against objectives, including risks. Assist in developing short- and long-term strategies, senior management business reviews, and other written documents.• Support internal efforts to drive awareness and education of labor and workforce trends across field sales teams.• Travel 30% to 40% and work autonomously.Diverse Experiences

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
