In this role, you will…
- Work closely with the Extended of R&D staff members and other global functions, managers and emploees
- Proactively support the delivery of global and local HR Processes
- Manage complex HR Projects cross-functionally and globally in a matrix organization
- Partner in recruitment for key talents for the internal client
- Design succession plan for key talents and key job positions
- Design and support OD and L&T activities for the internal client and as a member of the HR team
- Working closely with the local HRBP in the global
In this role, you’ll need …
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Social Studies/Sociology/Psychology/Human Resources is a must
- Master degree in one of the areas mentioned above – an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HRBP roles, advantage to R&D departments
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence
- Demonstrated strong HR practices experience, problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization/coordination/administration and project oriented capabilities
- Thrives in a dynamic and changing environment
