What you'll be doing - Cultivate Deep Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor by building and nurturing long-term partnerships with major mobile game and app developers, ensuring a deep understanding of their business models and challenges.
- Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies that identify and seize opportunities to transform client success
- Leverage a Robust Portfolio: Utilize Unity’s expansive ad monetization solutions—including Unity Levelplay, Unity Network, ironSource, and Tapjoy Offerwall—to optimize revenue streams and drive client performance.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze key performance indicators (revenue, ARPDAU, engagement metrics) to uncover trends and innovate strategic improvements that directly impact growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—sales, product development, technical support, and business intelligence—to ensure seamless execution and deliver a consistently excellent customer experience.
- Optimize Integrations: Continuously review and enhance partnership integrations, offering strategic recommendations that keep clients ahead in a competitive marketplace
What we're looking for - Client-Facing Expertise: Demonstrated success in a customer-facing role within digital advertising, ad monetization, or mobile AdTech, with experience managing and growing multi-million-dollar accounts.
- Effective Communication & Technical Savvy: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, coupled with the ability to clearly articulate both strategic and technical concepts.
- Analytical & Strategic Acumen: Read into datasets and extract insights and recommendations to guide innovative account strategies to drive revenue growth
- Resilience in a Dynamic Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while remaining solution-oriented
