Job Description

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Serving as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building relationships and understanding their technical requirements.
  • Ensuring that your customers are fully leveraging their technology investments and achieving their long-term business goals.
  • Identifying and analyzing the customer's segmentation requirements and providing technical recommendations to meet the evolving business goals, through introduction of new features and products.
  • Assisting with deployments, expansions, migrations, etc. of the Guardicore platform.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Have proven and extensive experience working in a tech environment.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Networking and Linux, with a track record of hands-on experience in both areas.
  • Have experience in scripting and automation.
  • Have a proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
  • Have problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
  • Be proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
