Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Test and Evaluation (T&E) lead at IBM you will assist the Army with developing and maintaining a Test and Evaluation T&E program in accordance with Army Regulation 73-1 to verify whether testable requirements are met and that the capability meets the mission need. The data you produce from highly effective test events will directly inform programmatic and ARCYBER decision makers. The candidate must be able to plan all aspects of testing to include integration of all hardware, software, and network components with efforts focused on Interoperability, System Performance, Cyber, Application Security, Reliability/Availability/Maintainability (RAM) for a globally connected Army that offers Soldiers, Commanders and supporting organizations the ability to access, process and act upon information anytime, anywhere across DODIN.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience reviewing and understanding the capability gap and the System Under Test requirements.

  • Experience analyzing requirements and the end user mission to determine the appropriate scope and depth of evaluations to be completed and evaluating operational context to develop test objectives, configurations and conditions, mission scenarios, evaluation frameworks, test reports, requirements traceability verification matrices.

  • Experience supporting T&E functions of government activities under the program including leading the planning, coordination, execution, management, and oversight of all T&E activities.

  • Experience developing Test Strategies and Test & Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP) and organizing and documenting results from the T&E Working Integrated Product Teams (WIPT)

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • DoD Experience

  • Certified Test and Evaluation Professional (CTEP)

  • Knowledge and experience with Army protocol

  • Prior working experience with ATEC (Army Test & Evaluation Command) and ACM (Army Capabilities Manager)

  • Working knowledge of Army Pamphlet 70-3
