Let’s Talk about who we are looking for:

• Extensive experience with Speech and/or Text analytics, NLP and NLU, Artificial Intelligence, Conversational Intelligence , and similar solutions
• At least 8 years’ experience in product management
• At least 3 years’ experience in leading a product team
• Strong leadership skills including day-to-day management, recruiting, building, coaching, providing guidance, and inspiring others
• Experience defining, managing, and building cloud solutions
• Strong data analysis skills including financial modeling and pricing experience
• Demonstrated capacity for understanding and developing both short-term and long-term product strategy
• Demonstrated success in driving results in collaborative, cross-functional environments with little instruction or oversight
• Demonstrated success in bringing new offers to market
• Solid mix of product, technical and business intelligence
• Excellent presentation skills with a strong ability to present to senior-level executives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in Hebrew and English
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent

Nice to have:

• Experience delivering Speech and Text Analytics SaaS solutions to the Enterprise Market
• Solid understanding of modern DevOps, Machine Learning and analytic techniques
• Basic proficiency in any programming or scripting language
• UI/UX design experience
