Responsibilities

We’re searching for a highly motivated and innovative individual to establish, manage, and refine TurboTax’s lead development function. You will take ownership of key processes including lead qualification, flow optimization, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams to ensure high-quality lead generation. Your analytical mindset, technical savvy, and ability to develop scalable solutions will drive TurboTax’s pipeline growth and sales success. This includes:

  • Training and Development: Work with the Sales Enablement manager to standardized processes and training materials to ensure Concierges are equipped with the skills and product knowledge needed for success. Assist Concierges where needed to identify clear KPIs while tracking performance through tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, and other analytics platforms.
  • Support inbound and outbound lead generation activities, leveraging automation tools and data-backed optimizations to improve workflows.
  • Lead Flow Optimization: Design and implement lead qualification and scoring models aligned with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), Personas, and Customer Journey maps.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to refine lead workflows, ensuring effective routing and prioritization.
  • Use automation and data-driven insights to improve efficiency and scale lead management processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Reporting: Partner directly with sales leadership to align on pipeline growth objectives and ensure the seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Build and deliver reports on key performance indicators such as conversion rates, qualified leads, pipeline generation, and revenue impact.
  • Provide clear and actionable insights, backed by data, to improve lead generation outcomes.
  • Foster collaboration across teams such as Marketing, Finance, Service Delivery, and Operations, ensuring alignment and shared objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of sales development or related experience; ability to lead initiatives and achieve measurable results without direct team management.
  • Technical Acumen: Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce and expertise in automation tools such as SalesLoft, Outreach, and ZoomInfo, among others.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, measure impact, and provide actionable insights to optimize workflows and outcomes.
  • Track Record: Proven history of exceeding sales goals and driving pipeline and revenue impact through streamlined lead processes.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environments.
