The Finance Regulatory Engagementworks closely with stakeholders to drive and execute end-to-end regulatory engagement and deliverables across Citi Finance activities, which span global Finance groups, Finance functions,and technology and business partners.strategically coordinateand trackprogress, while defining and implementing best practices.

About the Role

The Finance Regulatory Engagement & Oversight Analystcontributes todirectional strategyof regulatoryengagement and exam management.In this role, you will, monitor, communicate and escalate regulatory activities, trends,and feedback.This role requires thought leadership, strongand communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Contributes to the engagement and oversight of Citi’s Finance global regulatory agenda, including:

• Centrally coordinatesCiti’sFinance global regulatory agenda to help manage and/or support on-site or remote exam management, ad-hoc meetings and information requests.

• Ensure standards aremaintainedand followed related to the management ofregulatory interactions, including exam management, regulatorymeetingsand requests for information.

• sescalations related to regulatory related matters and/or deliverables and providessupport to ensure proper awareness and communication to applicable stakeholders,includingregulators andseniormanagement as applicable.

• Supports key stakeholders in writing regulatory responses and coordinating feedback among internalstakeholder, ensuring clarity,consistencyand accuracy.

• sas part of a team to centrally manage regulatory engagement lifecycle from entry letter to remediation and issue closure.

• skey information into updates and newsletters that provide clear,conciseand balanced updates to senior forums and Citi internal governance committees, on Citi Finance’s regulatory commitments and engagements.

• sacross Citi Finance functions to develop cohesive and comprehensive responses to regulatory inquiries, ona timelybasis.

Process and Controls:

• swith teamsto develop and implement best practices, and controls to manage Citi Finance’s regulatory deliverables, includes regulatory meetings, submissions, commitments, etc.

• ssupport related to execution efforts related to regulatory initiatives, and activelymonitorchange control, actions, risks, issues, and dependencies.

• songoing consistency and alignment to enterprise regulatory engagement standards, andcoordinatedeliverables across Finance business functions.

• Performs other duties and functions as assigned.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of relevant experience, within the financial services industry preferred.

• Excellent relational and communication skills.

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

• Understanding and application of project management methodologies across delivery life cycle.

• Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions.

• possessingan ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, withdemonstratedability to work effectively across business units / functions to deliver results.

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Legal, or related fields
