What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Work with manufacturing, process, and equipment engineering teams to develop and set up design of experiments (DOE), as well as build and test Tesla equipment and products.
- Organize and analyse data sets that outline the systemic improvement opportunities
- Identify, address, and solve process concerns with equipment performances, reliability, efficiency, yield through modification of existing equipment, and/or design of an improved equipment
- Apply technical knowledge to innovate, design and develop processes, tooling and procedures
- Learn how to coordinate projects
- Manage projects involving multiple departments and/or outside contractors
- English fluent, both written and spoken
- Preferably studying or experienced in a relevant engineering field
- Sufficient knowledge in the areas of moderation and training for the introduction of processes
- Skilled in the use of common MS Office applications
- 2D & 3D ACAD experience in creating/validating layouts, tooling drawings
- Expertise in analysing problems and finding solutions in a structured manner
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation
- Able to work in a team as well as in an organized and independent manner
- Proficient in proactively improving processes and having an overview on tasks
- Eager to learn
