• Ensuring smooth production operation of the manufacturing equipment for a specific production segment; conveyance, stacking, lifting and unpacking/repacking of product
• Responsible for the optimization of the efficiency as well as performance level: focus on availability and performance
• Monitoring and continuous optimization of processes
• Responsible for troubleshooting, machine repairs and sustainable problem solving
• Coordination with other process, maintenance, manufacturing facilities, mechanical, electrical and support disciplines
• Participate in on-field construction and commissioning activities by supporting manufacturing engineering team
• Project management for the optimization of production processes and production facilities

• Design and specify equipment for manufacturing processes.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment.
• Conduct equipment performance analysis and reliability studies.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to operational staff.
• Manage equipment upgrades and modifications to improve performance.
