• Responsible for delivery of product demonstrations
• Responsible for conducting trials & evaluations
• Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events (e.g., conferences, Trade Shows, seminars)
• Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs/SOW
• Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams
• Travel in-territory as needed

• 2+ years Experience in Enterprise Email Security Pre-Sales
• Experience in Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, or Google Workspace Administration/Architecture
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to explain complex technology ideas with clarity
• Self-Starter: Able to self-teach new technologies, build demo environments to test configurations and learn new features on a consistent basis.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities
• Excellent communications skills
• Detail oriented, well organized, and able to focus on a multi-tasking environment
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future
