- 2+ years of hands-on experience, including troubleshooting and analyzing process/equipment failures.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom R&D environment with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in both oral and written English.
- The candidate should be familiar with lab execution systems, MES tracking, and traceability of process/tool performance. Strong project execution skills are crucial, enabling the candidate to effectively balance equipment needs with evolving process goals. Additionally, the candidate should possess creative, critical logical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
