Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of a lead role, proven technical leader with experience in coating (PVD and Inks) industry.
- BS/MS/PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics or equivalent. MBA/EMBA would be a plus.
- Verbal and written English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep logical thinking ability, both analytic and strategic.
- Experience leading process development in a high-volume dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Experience in the selection, set-up, and validation of manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Ability to program-manage across multiple projects, vendors and resources.
- Ability to present technical analysis of manufacturing capability to diverse cross-functional teams.
- Experience in massive data analysis, coding and machine learning would be a plus.
