- Programming with Calypso
- CATIA or 3D CAD experience to work with native files as well as STEP andIGES.
- Liaise with Production, Engineering and Manufacturing teams
- Understand manufacturing processes for application in measurement studyrequirements
- Apply measurement best practices for special investigations
- Fully understand datum scheme requirements and applications along withGD&T
- Utilize metrology equipment to collect tactile and scan data and outputdetailed reports to communicate key findings
- Inspection equipment experience: Bridge CMM
- Strong knowledge and understanding of GD&T application
- Experience in Calypso is a must
- Zeiss CMM and Zeiss O-Inspect experience preferred
- Experience with structured light scanning systems is a plus
- CAD: CATIA or 3D CAD experience
- Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
