  • This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Washington, D.C., Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ.
  • Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location.
  • This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 100%.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years' experience in engineering, product/technical program management, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years' experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 4+ years' experience prototyping solutions using a programming language such as Python, Go, C#, or equivalent
  • 4+ years managing work using an agile framework and ticketing system such as Azure DevOps, Atlassian Jira, or similar
  • 1+ year of experience working and integrating solutions with closed and open source large language models (LLMs).


Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Domain knowledge of datacenter operations, server repair, IT, and/or shop floor processes
  • Demonstrated proficiency with prompt engineering
  • Knowledge of how LLMs systems work
  • Familiarity with graph databases, knowledge graphs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and GraphRAG
  • Demonstrable experience with one or more widely used process improvement methodologies (lean, six sigma, etc)
  • Experience using data to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Build, deploy, and support internal prototypes integrating Large Language Models (LLM) and software-centric solutions.
  • Work with and across teams to plan for scale-up of prototypes to a production-ready state with handoff plans
  • Develop long-term strategic roadmaps and feature sets aligned to business, customer and stakeholder needs
  • Create new and support existing solutions and evangelize adoption across and outside the organization
  • Integrate and collaborate with our partner business and technical teams to work on v-next versions of AI and software driven systems
