What You’ll Do
  • Be a key Sales Operations team member that supports the Megapack sales team on all sales and pre-sales efforts.
  • Regularly liaise with global finance teams to ensure all financial metrics and project milestones are aligned with key business targets.
  • Provide high level strategic support to demand planning teams to ensure production schedules are optimally aligned with critical quarterly targets.
  • Maintain a high degree of data integrity across an array of systems including; financial, sales, quoting, logistics and business forecasting data.
  • Facilitating project planning through cross-functional collaboration with demand planning, deployment, logistics, engineering teams whilst also adhering to customer and contractual requirements
  • Work with engineering, product management, sales, finance, business operations, logistics, service, and IT stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and business success.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to risk mitigation through the development of contingencies and scenario planning. Identify, document, and manage project scope, schedules, and risks.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of standard operating procedures related to key Sales Operations processes.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and execution of key business processes and tools.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and standardization across the Tesla Energy team in APAC.
What You’ll Bring
  • The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or similar
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, operations or similar, preferably in a technology or energy-related industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven record of prioritizing effectively and handling shifting priorities
  • Able to operate effectively in a fast-moving and dynamic company
  • Detail-driven, with an ability to execute with accuracy and speed
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (specifically Microsoft Excel)
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
