Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 2 years Manufacturing & Production Team Leader experience (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience of Manufacturing & Production Team Leader experience
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Proven project management skills.
