Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience in project management; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) or professional firm (e.g., consulting company)
• Excellent communication involving senior management and cross-functional team-building skills
• Strong analysis capabilities, problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills.
• Creativity, flexibility, and adaptability
• Fluent in English proficiency required to drive discussion within Japan complex market background
• Knowledge and understanding of the healthcare industry or pharmaceutical market is preferred but not mandatory
