Key job responsibilities
As a Software Developer Engineer in Test on our team, you'll be responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing load test frameworks and automated end to end experience test suites for the entire Org. The ideal candidate has experience with load test automation frameworks, a proven ability to develop automated tests from scratch, and a strong grasp of software development and system integrations. You'll collaborate closely with multiple teams across Connect to design, implement, and deliver robust load testing solutions. You will leverage new or existing frameworks and technologies to test large-scale, mission-critical, and highly complex software systems

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development testing experience
- 2+ years of test automation frameworks and tools building experience
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
- Experience debugging, diagnosing, and troubleshooting complex, production software issues

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
