Responsibilities
  • Devising a robust channel sales strategy, emphasizing the expansion and deepening of existing partnerships and the cultivation of new, high-impact channel relationships.
  • Prospecting, qualifying, recruiting, and managing partners across North America, while overall Ieading the formation and execution of business partnerships with channel/technology partners, global management consultancy firms, and system integrators.
  • Developing a clear and compelling business case and rationale for opportunities to gain organizational support and resourcing.
  • Leading joint partner go-to-market approaches that develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • Partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders and utilize market dynamics to develop a view of Personetics’ competition and new Business Development opportunities.
  • Establishing and managing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • Orchestrating the company’s stakeholders to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ business and technology requirements and expectations.
  • Meeting assigned targets for boosting sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Creating and executing Sales Enablement with partners and our teams
  • Bringing and implementing proven channel process methodology, and enhance existing processes and toolset
Requirements
  • BS/BA required - MBA preferred
  • At least 7 years of proven success in partnership or sales development in the NA financial services market, out of which a minimum of 3 years in partnership management
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding business-established goals
  • Excellent ability to create personal connections with prospective clients and internal colleagues
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Expertise in prospecting, client consultation, problem-solving, closing and growing client relationships
  • Ability to travel, meet with prospective clients/working deals
  • An energetic and self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently to meet or exceed assigned goals
