- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of professional software development experience.
- 3 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems.
- Experience coding in any one of the following languages: C++ or Python.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's Degree or Ph.D. with an emphasis on performance evaluation or performance analysis of Machine Learning (ML) Systems.
- 10 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 7 years with advanced degree.
- Experience with Machine Learning Infrastructure.
- Experience in any one of the following: developer tooling and infrastructure, building tools and testing frameworks, build infrastructure, optimizing software, debugging.
- Experience with fine-tuning large language models and debugging model quality issues.
