What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage the collections and billing team, providing direction, support, and development opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce outstanding receivables.
• Oversee the billing process to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency through automation.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any billing or collection issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax and financial reporting requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize collections and billing processes.
• Manage the budget for the collections and billing department, ensuring cost-effective operations.

Skills and knowledge you should possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within collections and billing.
• Proven track record of improving collection rates and reducing outstanding receivables.
• Strong knowledge of billing processes, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, with advanced Zuora and Excel skills.

• Experience in the video technology industry is a plus.
